This Corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation organized under the Nonprofit Public Corporation Law of the State of California. The general purposes of this Corporation are to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a corporation may be organized under such law.
The specific purposes for which this Corporation is formed are:

To promote our children's rights and needs to receive continuing, unconditional love and nurturing from parents, families, and societies.

To provide an educational opportunity and a forum for the discussion of legal, financial, social and psychological issues related to the well-being and future of children.

To support the legislative and judicial reform for enhancing gender, nationality, and race neutrality, and protecting the child's right to have parents, teachers, and society activity involved in their nurturing and well-being.
The Corporation will thereby develop a global relationship with similar organizations and create a speaker's bureau consisting of lawyers, judges, health professionals, social workers, and other experts in domestic relations matters, to provide and exchange published literature, newspaper articles, videos and other sources of information, which will assist the parents, general public, media and officials of governments in recognizing, understanding, and dealing with the social and psychological impacts of abuse, neglect, injustice, and divorce on the children's life and future.
The services provided by the Corporation shall not be limited to members.
