The latest requirements, as of January 26, 2004, per Ms. Filiy is:

Bam 03
  • Both parents shall be Moslem

  • Shall not be older than 45 years

  • Should be married for at least 5 years

  • Have no other children

  • They must stay in Iran for at least 6 months to receive the child

ICRS is currently negotiating to see if the last requirement can be waived or reduced.
